The Belgian Dark Dog Moto Tour
The final stage of the 2008 IRC came to an end just under a week ago.
Denis Bouan won hands down, and so going to the top of the IRC. Our fellow Belgian, Frédéric Lejeune took second place in the DDT and the IRC. Now that the 2008 season has finished, it’s time to think about 2009! So, get your diaries out and make a note of the dates of the third Belgian Dark Dog Moto Tour: it will take place on the 21, 22 and 23 May 2009. Staying close to its well-known formula, the DDMT will have a fixed paddock at Spa-Francorchamps, each stage being one lap.
New for 2009, a national stage will take place in parallel with the IRC. It will take place over one day, Saturday 23 May. So fans who don’t like committing themselves to the great adventure over three days can have a taster with this unusual event.
As a point of interest, the Bikers’ Festival – an exciting motorbike event – will be open during this crazy weekend! Exciting, because most of the current range of motorbikes will be there for you to try! You can finally choose one of the models you have been dreaming about…
So we’ll meet up at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit on 21, 22 and 23 May 2009 to make it a great celebration of bikes and bikers!
